The Town of Hanover is holding a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for children ages 5 through 11.

• Wednesday, February 2, 2022

• Hanover Council on Aging, 665 Center Street, Hanover, MA 02339

Information

• You may bring your child for either a first or second (after 3 weeks) dose.
• If this is your child's first dose, please register for one slot and you will automatically be enrolled for the second dose on February 2nd.
• If this is your child's second dose, please register for a slot.
• Please bring both the registration form and the consent form to both clinics.
