Preschool Registration
Preschool Program Overview
Our preschool program operates four days a week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - with both morning and afternoon sessions. This inclusive program serves children with and without disabilities, fostering a collaborative learning environment. The morning session is designed for students ages 3 and 4, while the afternoon session is for 4 and 5-year-olds.
Peer models are students from the Hanover community who join the program to learn alongside their peers with disabilities. These children play a vital role by modeling appropriate behaviors and skills for our students with special needs. Peer registration typically takes place from January to February. In the spring, newly registered peers have the opportunity to visit the classrooms and participate in a screening process.
To qualify as a peer model, children must be 3 years old by September 1st. They also must also be potty trained and able to demonstrate developmentally appropriate skills for their age.
